A-Belco Hazardous Area has launched a new range of explosion
proof ATEX and IEC Ex approved lighting for the hazardous and marine industries,
including a revolutionary LED floodlight for Zone 1 applications.
The Hadar Lighting range features high specification luminaires certified to
Zone 1 EEx e, EEx d, and Zone 2 EEx n including fluorescent, recessed, bulkhead,
wellglass, floodlight and portable lighting.
The range, certified in the UK by SIRA, incorporates low maintenance,
maintenance free, modular and sustainable features with the Exe products
featuring the new End of Life (EoL) protection circuit ballast according to DIN
EN 61347-2-3 and IEC 60079-7 Ed.4.The HDL 100 EX em Fluorescent luminaire is ABS
approved for marine use and is available in standard or emergency 18W, 36W, 58W
bi pin and single pin T8 lamps with a pole mount option.
The IP67 fitting demonstrates rugged construction, offers simple installation
and maintenance and features an ambient temperature range of -30șC to +55șC.
