Socomec
headquartered out of Benfield France has a complete range of
switching/protecting products designed for safe use of low voltage to high
voltage electrical systems.
Socomec has two distinct business units
including Low voltage switching components and protection systems
(load-break switches, fuse-combination switches, changeover switches, fuse
links, electronic control and protection, energy management systems,
enclosures, cabinets, etc.) The second business unit manufacturers
Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (UPS, static systems, load transfer
modules, rectifier-chargers, harmonic compensators, 400 Hz frequency
converters, etc.)
Listed below are just some examples of the
range of products available from Socomec and Source IEC....

The Socomec ATyS6 automatic transfer switch
ATyS products are 3 and 4-pole switches remotely controlled
by volt free contacts (ATyS 3) or automatic transfer switches (ATyS 6). They
are a combination of two load-break switches mounted back to back
electrically and mechanically interlocked. They provide manual switching or
remote controlled source inversion or changeover under load, of two low
voltage power circuits.

The Socomec DIRIS A40 and A41 are multi-function meter for
measuring the extent of electrical values for all LV/HV networks. They allow
starting from the front panel to configure and display all the electric
parameters and to exploit the functions of measurement, metering and
energies management, harmonics analysis, remote control and control state of
control devices, communication and detection of high voltages, peaks and
voltage disconnections. In addition, DIRIS A40 and A41 have a function for
correcting connection errors.
Features of the DIRIS A40 and A41 include:
1. Backlit LDC screen
2. Pushbutton for currents and setup wiring correction
3. Pushbutton for voltages and frequency
4. Pushbutton for active, reactive, apparent power and power
factor
5. Pushbutton for maximal and average current and power
values
6. Pushbutton for harmonics values
7. Pushbutton for energies and hour run meter. |
